Yesterday, I had this moment of not wanting to work out. Sometimes I find it difficult to practice what I preach.
That’s when I decided to listen to my favorite song right now, which is Calvin Harris’s “Hype” and blast it on my way to my gym.
Then I decided to dance while running on the treadmill. I am going to drop the F word. I had fun!
Working out does not have to be serious; we can still have a good time while sweating our booties off.
There are days that I go the gym. I work out to my favorite playlist and finish up with laying in the steam room for 5-10 minutes.
There are days I keep it in the house. I practice sequences on my yoga app and smile during each movement.
Whatever it is that makes your work out fun. Do it! It makes working out not feel like a chore, but more like a lifestyle choice that you want to do every day.
